Our late model minibuses are air conditioned, comfortable and clean, with privacy glass all around.

Newfoundland Shore Tours originates from Bay Roberts, a small town on the Baccalieu Trail on the Avalon Peninsula, about 100 km from the capital, St. John's. The Avalon Peninsula, which is home to more than 50% of the province's population, has a history that goes back thousands of years. It is the site of the first English colony in Canada - Cupers Cove which was settled by John Guy in 1610. (In 2006, the archaeological site was named one of the Top Ten Active Archaeological Sites in Canada" by The Beaver, ‘Canada’s History Magazine.’)

People live in more than 120 coastal communities. During the past, through hundreds of years of isolation, each community developed its own culture, especially in dialect, music, and storytelling. Our guides, who have all grown up in the region, will immerse you in the cultural heritage of "outport" Newfoundland.

Customized tours for 4 to 15 persons are our specialty. Let us know what you are interested in seeing, and we will develop a tour - just for you!
